


Beginner Trail Run Series
7 Runs For €75 ⛰️
Beginning 18th May, once weekly, on Sunday mornings, we'll meet for social trail run/hikes on the Dublin - Wicklow Mountains, together building our fitness and experience.
On our final morning we will venture to Tonelagee and Lough Ouler (Wicklow's third highest mountain and its heart-shaped lake)!
Meet like-minded women and gain experience and mountain fitness on a variety of terrain. This run series is for women who are comfortable running 5k continously on the road.
Our guided runs are relaxed and supportive. We jog, hike and pause throughout.
May 18th - Week 1 - Glendalough
May 25th - Week 2 - Cruagh Wood
June 1st - Week 3 - Crone Wood
June 8th - Week 4 - Seahan Forest
June 15th - Week 5 - Curtlestown Wood
June 22nd - Week 6 - Brockagh Forest
June 29th - Week 7 - Tonelagee & Lough Ouler
We are on the trails for approximately 90 minutes with a mixture of hiking and relaxed paced running with pauses along the way to enjoy the views.
Our final outing will be approximately 3.5 hours.
The terrain throughout our series will include fireroads, forestry trails, boardwalk, sandy stone trails and mucky mountain tracks. Total distance and height gain of each run is dependent on the overall pace of the group.
Included:
7 x guided trail runs with REC 3 trained run leader.

Sunday mornings 9am to 10.30am approximately.
Required Kit:
- Trail runners
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with food and water
She Summit's Policies:
