


Beginner Level - Sunset Trails Series
Beginning 2nd June, once weekly, on Monday evenings, we'll meet for social trail run/hikes on the Dublin Mountains together building our fitness and experience.
This series is for slower paced runners and for those transitioning from hiking trails to running trails.
Our guided run/hikes are relaxed and supportive. We jog, hike and pause throughout.
Monday evenings 7pm to 8.30pm.

Week 1 - June 2nd - Cruagh Wood
Week 2 - June 9th - Massey's Wood
Week 3 - June 16th - Tibradden Wood
Week 4 - June 23rd - Kilmashogue Forest
Week 5 - June 30th - Seahan Forest
Kit:
- Trail runners 👟
- Coat, hat and gloves plus head lamp 🔦
- Pack with fuel and water
*We have some kit to share, please let us know if you need to borrow anything
