


Single Run Ticket - Midweek Mountain Trails
SINGLE RUN TICKET⛰️
Once weekly, on Wednesday mornings, we'll meet for social trail runs.
This run series is for women who are comfortable running 8k continously on the roads.
Meet like-minded women and gain experience on a variety of terrain.
Our guided runs take place in the Wicklow & Dublin Mountains and are social and supportive. Location is announced weekly.
We are on the trails for approximately 2hrs with a mixture of hiking and relaxed paced running with pauses along the way to enjoy the views.
The terrain includes fireroads, forestry trails, boardwalk, sandy stone trails and mucky mountain tracks. Total distance and height gain of each run is dependent on the overall pace of the group.
Included:
Guided trail runs with REC 3 trained run leader.
Dates:
MAY 7, 14, 21, 28 June 4, 11 and 18.
Start/Finish - To be announced Mondays. Weekly on The Dublin & Wicklow Mountains.

Required Kit:
- Trail runners
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with food and water
She Summit's Policies:
Trail runners, coats, hats and gloves are required on all events.
No exchanges, refunds or transfers onto other events. Please don't request a refund, exchange or transfer of your ticket as you'll be directed back to our policies.
If we need to postpone an event and you can't make the new date you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel any of our events, at anytime, without notice.
