Like all She Summits events, these guided run/hikes will be relaxed and supportive. We will jog, hike and pause throughout. Previous trail running or hiking experience recommended and ability to run 8k continuously on the flat. Although the pace will be relaxed, at times we will be on challenging terrain. If youβre unsure if this event is for you, please email info@shesummits.net before booking.

- Trail runners
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with fuel and water
She Summit's Policies: Trail runners, coats, hats and gloves are required on all events. No exchanges, refunds or transfers onto other events. Please don't request a refund, exchange or transfer of your ticket as you'll be directed back to our policies. If we need to postpone an event and you can't make the new date you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or transfer.
